The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management provides a pathway for individuals looking to pursue a career in leadership and management across a range of industry contexts.
By studying a suite of 12 subjects which focus on the core areas of business as well as communication, emotional intelligence and operational planning, this course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to be an effective leader and a valuable employee.
This course draws on the foundations of business to highlight the implementation of effective leadership skills, for this reason the Diploma of Leadership and Management would be a beneficial course for those looking to up-skill or those looking to change careers.

A VET Student Loan is only available to students who meet the eligibility requirements and will not be approved for students who do not meet these requirements. The VET Student Loan Cap for this course is $10,813. – any tuition fees over this cap cannot be paid for using a VET Student Loan and will need to be paid by the student separately. - Minimum Year 11 or equivalent, plus basic computer skills and knowledge of internet use.
- For students accessing VSL, either
- a Year 12 certificate
- a Certificate IV or higher
- an overseas qualification that has been assessed by a Federal, State or Territory government agency as equivalent or comparable to a certificate IV or above in the Australian Qualifications Framework, or
- a competent result in a Government approved LLN reading and numeracy test, or an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB) diploma.
