How to gain employment in the community services sector?
Post-school education is usually required for gaining employment within the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. In fact, 77% of workers, have a certificate III or higher qualification (Health Care and Social Assistance, n.d.)
By studying a relevant certificate or diploma in this field, you will gain the knowledge needed to work with a diverse range of clients. You will develop your ability to manage complex case requirements, implement community development strategies and meet legal and ethical compliance standards.
