The Certificate 3 Guarantee program is a Queensland Government initiative that offers a government subsidy to support eligible individuals to complete their first post-school Certificate III qualification.
The principal objective of the Certificate 3 Guarantee is the delivery and completion of Certificate III qualifications, which lead to job outcomes or career progression.
This is a Queensland government funded program.

To be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program a participant must:
A participant can be unemployed and seeking work, or working on a full-time, part-time or casual basis.
Acceptance is subject to eligibility criteria and availability.
If you have met the eligibility criteria then you are able to apply. The fee you pay will vary depending on what category you fall into.
Student Co-Contribution Fees apply to all students partaking in the Certificate 3 Guarantee Program.
Concessional Participants are defined as follows:
(a) the Participant holds a Health Care concession card or Pensioner concession card issued under Commonwealth law, or is the partner or a dependant of a person who holds a Health Care concession card or Pensioner concession card, and is named on the card; or
(b) the Participant can provide an official form under Commonwealth law confirming that the Participant, his or her partner or the person of whom the Participant is a dependant, is entitled to concessions under a Health Care or Pensioner concession card; or
(c) the Participant is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander person.
You are required to complete a short Training and Employment Survey within three months of completing or discontinuing your course.
Participants will no longer be eligible for further subsidised training under this Program once they complete their Certificate III Qualification.
